KFN is made up of a multidisciplinary team that works in sync to transform personal and professional scenarios, being able to serve the most diverse types of markets, in different languages and also being able to serve the existing levels in the same organization.

After experiences in 16 countries and the joint experience of transformative projects in work environments, KFN was born, which is a compilation of successful cases to contribute to the development of new companies and people.
We are a team that has always exposed ourselves to the new, the different and sometimes even the contradictory of many rules and theories still applied in lectures and training, because we saw the importance of providing our listeners with updated yet consolidated and multiplicative knowledge.
